Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong will serve as mentor to Christina Aguilera’s contestants on the TV singing contest ‘The Voice.’
Aguilera’s fellow “coaches” on the show are Cee-Lo Green, Maroon 5’s Adam Levine and country singer Blake Shelton.In a statement reported by the San Francisco Chronicle, Armstrong explained why he is a fan of the show. He said:
“It’s not molding artists, it’s just giving them a little bit of guidance and direction without giving them a complete makeover.”
And despite claims that she’s a rotting cunt, Armstrong, who began shooting ‘The Voice’ this week says that working with Aguilera is “a lot of fun”.
The new season of ‘The Voice’ will air on NBC September 10.
So glad Etta hated Beyonce enough that they didn’t call her to sing this song.

James passed away last Friday (January 20) at the age of 73. She had been suffering from terminal leukemia, kidney disease, hepatitis C and dementia.

Against my will, I recently watched Burlesque and much to my surprise it’s NOT the sequel to Showgirls. Christina Aguilera is beautiful in the film, someone actually brushed-out her busted weave and sprayed a bit of Evian on her face, bitch ain’t never looked better! And she has the voice of a million lonely goddesses. Very impressive, Aguilera.
I’m not saying Burlesque is the type of film you’ll be talking about days after you watch it, but it certainly won’t inspire you to lose your will to live.

Aguilera was arrested early this morning for public intoxication and her dick supplier, Matthew Rutler, was arrested for driving under the influence.
“She was not capable of taking care of herself,” said Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Office.
“She was not belligerent in any way,” he said. “We have no desire to prosecute.”
Whitmore said arresting Aguilera was a “public safety issue” and that it is routinely done.
Aguilera was in a car driven by her boyfriend that was stopped on a West Hollywood street. Aguilera wouldn’t have been arrested if Rutler hadn’t been caught.
A law enforcement source said Aguilera appeared to be “extremely intoxicated” and “unable to take care of herself.”
Aguilera has been released from jail and authorities say they don’t plan to press criminal charges.
