Da Brat has agreed to a plea deal that will likely include one year in jail for assaulting a waitress at a Halloween party last year.
Da Brat was charged with aggravated assault for attacking a waitress with a rum bottle at Jermaine Dupri’s Studio 72 during a star-studded Halloween party.
Da Brat is set to turn herself in later this week on the “8th or 9th” to begin serving her sentence. But according to Dekalb county’s judicial system website, Da Brat is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on August 22, 2008 at 9 AM in Superior court.
